If you would like your Westleigh New Home to be more affordable during the early days why not consider our shared equity scheme? For example, you can own 100% of your new home now yet only pay for 85% and take up to 10 years to pay for the outstanding balance. Equity share options vary, no interest is payable for the first 5 years on the balance and Westleigh New Homes 15% equity share is repaid to us on the sale of the property, redeeming of the mortgage or a transfer of your interest in the property.
