A brand new show home is now open to homebuyers in Loughborough.
The three-bedroom semi-detached home known as the Epping at Westleigh's Church Place development on Thorpe Acre Road has been stylishly designed by Enderby-based, interior design specialists The Room Interiors.
Elizabeth Archer, Director for The Room Interiors comments, "We have created a relaxing, beach-house feel with a selection of warm, oak and cream colours and pebbles, which is not your typical style of show home, but still one that will appear extremely attractive and realistic in price.
The lounge-diner benefits from two sofas, one of which includes a chaise, a stunning oak fireplace and a set of beautiful French doors that lead out to the garden. Upstairs a contemporary four-poster bed adorns the master bedroom with a double bed also in the second bedroom. Meanwhile we have transformed the smallest bedroom not only into a room suitable for children, with a colour scheme full of cream and white, but also into an area suitable for study with the addition of a desk."
Robert Orr, Westleigh New Homes Manager says, "The homes at Church Place have been designed specifically for the location, respecting the adjacent traditional architecture and have a period style to them. All properties are finished to our usual high specification, which includes integrated appliances, en-suite shower rooms and contemporary fixtures and fittings, plus all have a garage along with allocated parking."
The market town of Loughborough is the largest town in the Leicestershire and is located less than twenty miles from the cities of Leicester, Nottingham and Derby. Home to one of the country's premier universities, the town is a delightful place to live and enjoys a number of local fairs and festivals throughout the year which attract thousands of visitors. Loughborough benefits from excellent transportation links, being situated just a short drive from junction 23 of the M1, whilst the local railway station has regular high-speed services southbound to Leicester and London, and northbound to Nottingham, Leeds and Sheffield.
Church Place features just fourteen two- and three-storey, semi-detached and terraced cottage style homes along with an impressive detached four-bedroom home laid out over three floors. These homes feature attractive architectural detailing, such as decorative ironwork to the porches, whilst an extensive landscaping programme has also been undertaken to create a green and pleasant living environment.
