The Charter represents our commitment to provide excellence in all areas and applies to all employees, from general labourers to the Managing Director. It details specific commitments in relation to communication and continuous improvement and from these, a set of transparent performance results will be produced and made freely available via the website (www.westleigh.co.uk) and distributed as a matter of course to our client base.

As detailed within the Charter, it is our employees that deliver exceptional customer care, but similarly, we require constructive feedback from our clients in order to effectively deal with any issues and ultimately improve the service that we offer.
